Posted on Sat, 11 Jul 2015
Question: I had a ECG. Reading says Sinus rhythm (rapid); moderate but extensive precordial & high-lateral repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload &/or digitalis; negative T in V3 V4 with small negative T in 1 aVL V2 V5 V6.

Can you tell me what this means?

Thank you

Brief Answer:
I'm waiting for the Ecg to be uploaded.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The data you provided is only an interpretation of ecg made by the machine. It need to be confirmed by the cardiologist based on the ecg image and other relevant clinical datas.

Please keep in mind that an abnormal ecg doesn't necessarily mean that you have a cardiac issue and viceversa a normal ecg doesn't exclude cardiac problems.

Can you upload the ecg image for me so i would be able to evaluate it by myself?

I'm waiting for the Ecg to be uploaded.

Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I read your query and understood your concerns.

After reviewing your ecg image I can confirm that your ecg show signs of anterior myocardial wall ischemia, that need to be evaluated.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations for the p[roper evaluations of yourheart problem:
- Blood work
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Stress

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
