Question: Hi My wife 34 years old with a bad history of miscarriage last 2 times. 1st was on 9-10 weeks in yr 2015 and 2nd was on 11-12 weeks in 2016. We are prepare to have baby this time. Just had APLA test shows negative, and INH-B test shows 13.7 pg/ml, AMH test shows 0.88 ng/ml. Dr saids she need to be treated as using my blood to make her APLA positave. Does APLA negative can cause 3rd pregnence loss? Is this APLA positive useful to the pregnence before and during pregnence

A third pregnancy after two miscarriages has a very good chance of continuing till full term.

APLA positive would have put your wife at a high risk for repeated abortions.

Being negative is a good sign.

She should have no problem atleast due to APLA.
