Question: My brother-in-law is suffering from Sinus. He gets pain started from the back of left ear and goes through the neck, back and bottom of spinal cord. This is a severe pain and stays for few mins (sometimes until 5-7 mins). Doctors are saying some issue in Nervous system. Could you please suggest what is the cause and possible cure?

I am attaching the test reports for your reference.

Brief Answer:
Most probably he is suffering from cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question, reports and understand your concern; it suggests that most probably your brother in law suffering from the cervical spondylitis.
Most probably this pain is not related to sinus disease.
I would like to suggest that to rule out the other disease and to reach the near diagnosis, he may go for the
1. MRI whole spine.
2. CT scan paranasal sinuses.

It is absolute necessary to go the above mentioned test for the further management.
