Brief Answer:
your echo report seems normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr.XXXX,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.

I have reviewed your echo report.over all report seems to be normal.routinely whenever there is pulmonary hypertension we usually report exact level of pressure .Routinely it is written as RVSP or PASP.

In your case it is not mentioned .whenever it is normal we can not record it .usually we get dilated right atrium and right ventricle with tricuspid regurgitation .we calculate pulmonary pressure from such jet of regurgitation .in your case it is mentioned that there is no tricuspid regurgitation .I think the conclusion is No pericardial and (no) pulmonary hypertension .this is what I presume .however I request you to send me actual text and plates along with your ECG n xray chest reports as an attachment so that I can guide you properly .

Mostly it is normal.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli.
