First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, these symptoms prompt the need of proper work up as blood in urine or through nose along with diarrhea need to be worked up with complete blood counts for platelets and white cell count along with peripheral film as well clotting profile.

Some toxins can cause both gastric symptoms and blood clotting derangements so better be worked up. Such disorders also include hemolytic uremic syndrome and should be ruled out.

Renal functions and electrolytes derangements should also be monitored and if any should be managed with intravenous fluids. Urinalysis will also be needed.

With such gravity of symptoms, intravenous antibiotics may be needed. Oral rehydration salts and probiotics may be started along with Metronidazole and Ciprofloxacin meanwhile. In short most of these steps need proper medical facility follow up and indoor management if needed.

Keep good hydration and avoid heavy, fatty meals and fizzy drinks. Soft diets can be continued.
