What Do Elevated TSH Levels In A 3 Year Old Child Indicate?

my 3 year old kids t3 and t4 are normal but tsh is slightly elevated. Is it a cause of concern?. I have attached the reports.

I can understand your concern regarding to your son's health!
The TSH is very slightly elevated. I would recommend to check the antibodies (AntiTPO and AntiThyroglobuline) if they are elevated he should check the TSH level every 3-6 months.
If he is diagnosed with other autoimmune pathologies (Type1 Diabetes, Celiac disease etc.) the probability of autoimmune thyroid disease is high.
If the antibodies are negative, you should be sure that he takes enough iodine with diet (use iodinated salt, eat fish, eggs etc).
