Brief Answer:
Normal report, repeat after 14 days

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The report shows early pregnancy of approximately 5 weeks.
The yolk sac and fetus will develop sequentially as the pregnancy advance, and hence a repeat scan is advised after 2 weeks.
Fetal pole and cardiac activity appears by the time gestational sac is around 25 mm size.
So, there is nothing to worry and a repeat scan is advised after 2 weeks to confirm the fetal viability.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
