Question: Chills, yet no fever, or no particular cause. Body is warm (no fever), covered in blankets, yet shaking chills.

It is possible to have chills without hyperthermia (fever).
And common causes for this are
1. Viral infection
2. Malaria
3. UTI (urinary tract infection).
So you should definitely undergo complete blood count (CBC).
This will give some idea about the etiology.
