Brief Answer:
Candida infection

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You seem to have a fungal infection. Dryness/chaffing, cracking/ fissuring and itching are signs of Candida infection. Raised blood glucose predisposes to recurrent Candida infection. I suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g. Clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for a few days. In addition I suggest suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g. tablet Fluconazole 100mg once a day for 2 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Regards,
Dr. Kakkar S.
