What Causes Yellowish Fluid Sticking To The Inner Lining Of Stomach In Endoscopy?

Question: I have a short report from a recent endoscopy. I also have the pictures taken at the time of the endoscopy. The stomach has a yellow substance clinging to the inside. It does not look normal to me. The doctor who performed the endoscopy was young and inexperienced. I can send the report and pictures if someone can take a quick look at it for a reasonable price, I would really appreciate a second opinion. I suffer with chronic pain which the pain specialist thinks may be a result of my digestive system.

The yellow thing that you see is bile that has refluxed in to the stomach and sticking to the inner lining of the stomach. It is a normal thing seen during endoscopy procedure.
Excessive amount are sometimes seen which could be due to bile reflux which can cause abdominal discomfort due to bile gastritis.
As per endoscopy report you have mild gastritis.
Lets wait for the biopsy report to plan further treatment.
