Brief Answer:
Hello, do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query
I can understand your concern.

Well I think you can continue Questran try and reduce its dose if possible.

In addition can try taking an acid suppressant like Cap. Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day in combination with Domperidone 10 mg thrice a day for two weeks and see how you feel. Both these drugs are available over the counter after consulting your physician.

In addition try following things, they'll help you-

Avoid sleeping two hours after meals
Go for a regular walk
Avoid eating too much at a time
Have small frequent meals

All these will help you in long run
Hope this answers your query

Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Hi XXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello

There is no clear data on long term side effects of prolonged use of colostrum.
I guess it is safe.

For your sleep can do a regular walk or workout as much as you can tolerate.
Please ensure a peaceful sleeping atmosphere

Avoid watching TV or using XXXXXXX or listening to loud music two hours before sleep
If this does not work out can try taking low dose safe sleeping pills(eg. ALPRAZOLAM) after consulting with your physician for few days and see how you feel.

Let me know if I can help you further.

Best wishes
