What Causes Whitish Discharge From The Penis After Sex?
Question: i am aged 58 and rarely have sex. After about 3 weeks of so after having sex, a white cream ( not semen ) comes out from my penis with slight movement while washing/cleaning etc

Thanks Doctor for your quick reply. Actually what I meant was that if I do not have sex for 3 weeks or so, when I am washing or cleaning my penis, this white secretion comes. Based on your answer, I presume that this happens due to the 'dream ejaculation'. Hope this is correct.
