Brief Answer:
Milia most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concern for the bumps on shaft of penis. You have forgotten to post the photos. Still, I could conclude that most probably you may be having milia. The milia are the small cysts containing white material. The condition is benign. You need not to worry. It is not STD. It has no relation with masturbation.

If you are not embarrassed, the lesions may be kept untreated. If you feel to cure it, you consult the dermatologist. After thorough examination and investigations, he might go for extraction of the milia by simple sterile needle or electrocautery of the lesions may be done under local anaesthesia.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
The lesions are the milia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back...

I saw the photo you posted. My assumption is right. The lesions are the milia. And kindly follow as I suggested in previous post. If you feel that the lesions are becoming smaller, you may keep them untreated, otherwise follow the treatment as I suggested.

I hope this would be helpful to you.

Thanks.

Milia

Hi,

Thanks for satisfying with my answer.

Milia is not infectious. So,you may go for sex with your wife.

It is self occurring skin disease. So, one can not prevent it.

It is harmless condition. If you feel to cure it, consult the dermatologist.
