Question: my name is XXXX. I live in XXXXXXX at XXXXXXX
I am having diabetes.
Before breakfast sugar :105
After breakfast with medicine [glycomet 0.5]sugar:140
After lunch without medicine sugar:180
After lunch with medicine [volibo M 0.2] sugar:150,
After dinner with medicine [Glycomet 1gm] sugar:150
My weight is loosing 4 to 5 kg every month
3 month before my weight was 75 kg but now it is 62 kg
Why my weight is loosing ?
please give me some suggestion

You must check your HbA1c, microalbuminuria, thyroid hormone profile, lipid profile, complete blood count and report it to us. Some times it could be due to meformin but could be due to hyperthyroidism too. So please get all the investigation s and meet your consultant soon.

It is always better to control blood sugar with diet and exercise as much as possible.
