Brief Answer:
Needs examination and assessment for assistance

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have stated your age / not the patient’s age!

There are several possibilities in this situation –
Censpram is a combination of 2 drugs – Escitalopram & Clonazepam / given for Depression and/or Anxiety. That could be the primary cause. You may discontinue it and observe

Tenoclor 25 is a combination of 2 drugs – atenolol & Chlorthalidone. Weakness may be side effect of atenolol / or from disturbance of electrolytes especially potassium, from Chlorthalidone.
Check the electrolytes / reduce the dose to half for a few days and try stopping it…. (Atenolol should NOT be stopped abruptly)

Cresar AM is a combination of 2 drugs – Telmisartan 40 & Amlodipine 5 mg. The dose can be doubled if the pressure is high. She is now taking FOUR drugs for pressure. Try maximising the dose of these two drugs and add the other later, if pressure is still not controlled

Weakness may also have other reasons… There could be other incidental causes – like heart (ischemia) or Kidney (renal impairment)

The changes should only be made by a cardiologist or Physician
Discuss with your doctor...
Get a second opinion, if necessary
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Good luck
