Brief Answer:
Likley to be due to conjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Unilateral watering eye or watering from one eye is likely to be due to either obstruction of nasolacrimal duct or associated infection. If the discharge is clear and not pus like then there is no cause for concern.

I would suggest the following

1. Eye massage
2. Ciprofloxacin Eye drops : 1 drop in each eye, 6 times a day

If the watering persists even after 2 days, then do consult your Pediatrician for further assessment.

Take Care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak
