Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Let me first tell you that unless you have unprotected sex between the 10th and 18th day of your cycle (your fertile period), you are not going to be pregnant. In case you take emergency contraceptive pills, withdrawal bleeding is likely to occur in 5-7 days from the pill. The new calculation starts from the day of starting of this withdrawal bleeding (not from the date of your regular periods). Due to the hormonal overload due to the emergency pill, some irregularity of periods is not unlikely. If you had got your periods already, you are not pregnant. Pregnancy would have to be considered had you missed the periods in the first place.

Brief Answer:
You are safe for that cycle. Activities in next cycle count separately

Since you had the withdrawal bleeding, it is very unlikely that you had conceived in that cycle. Unless you had any unprotected sexual intercourse between 20th April to 30th April, I do not think that there is anything to worry. In case you have indulged in such activities, you can get a urine pregnancy test done a week from now, if you still do not get your periods

Brief Answer:
You would have to be patient. Retest after a week or two

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

I can assume that the mess up of hormonal levels due to the intake of i-pill has caused the delay in periods. It is definitely possible and since your urine pregnancy tests are negative, I think you need not worry. You can patiently wait and repeat the test after a week or two (if you had been sexually active in this cycle, not the previous one). No medicines need to be taken at the moment.
