Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection or prostate enlargement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are characteristic for urinary tract infection or prostate enlargement.
With an infection, you may have also lower abdominal pain, fever, trace of blood in urine.
Prostate enlargement can give weak urine stream. Both conditions can be present at one time.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Urine analysis, PSA level and abdominal ultrasound should be done. You should also consult urologist.

In case of infection, antibiotic treatment is necessary. Prostate issues might need medicines or even surgical procedure.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
