What Causes Unilateral Pain In The Head When Diagnosed With Sinus Infection?

Question: Hi, I have an weird pain sensation(not bothersome) on extreme left side of my forehead on small area it comes & go several times a day with no particular time frame. its remains for just 1 - 2 seconds only & in type of pulsating nature. Also sometimes when i touch same place it feels likes some burning sensation & immediately goes away. Kindly let me no whether it is something serious to visit a doctor. Also I have diagnosed with frontal sinus infection recently which i have almost recovered. The symptoms kicked in for last 2 days. one thing to not I am very anxious & was taking clonazepam(.5 mg) for last 2 months & recently withdrawn as cold turkey 7 days ago. Also taking medication for lowering hypertension.

No, I dont have any history of fever, vomiting or loss of consciousness though my ear are blocked slightly & no drainge but during swalloing some poping sound appear which decreasing with time as i recovering from sinus infection.
