What Causes Uncomfortable Pain Between The Waist And Rib Cage?
Question: At bed time if I lay on my right side with my leg crossed over the other and more on my belly than my side, I get this funny almost tickle but uncomfortable pain. between my waist and the lowest part of my rib cage. If I roll slightly back to a side position the feeling subsides a little. If I roll onto my left side and in the same position, I have no discomfort at all. A tumor? Had this about six months now. More frequent now than in the beginning.

This is most probable in colitis of the ascending color or a mass of lymph nodes or any other inflammatory process.
The tumor could have been easily palpable by this time.

CT scan and colonoscopy need to be done if required.
