Please give details and a Photograph.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Noted the history of fall and hurt the forearm. Two small bumps under the skin- one is of the size of a small pea and the other is smaller and on the top of the previous one.
Consulted two Doctors: one says this to be hives and other says to be fatty deposit.

May I please know a few details so that I can assist you more:
- Since when have you got these lumps?
- Did they appear after the fall ?
- Are they at the wrist joint? What is the exact location?
- Are movable or as good as fixed?
- Does it shine if you put a pointed torch light from an angle?

These answers can helps me to assist you better.

Brief Answer:
Fatty / organized hematoma (collection of old blood)

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the picture and feedback.

If these lumps have acquired after the trauma, they are most likely to be either a collection of a necrosed fat (as one Doctor has said this to be fatty deposits) or organized hematoma.
This will then be benign and may not be really worried.
And to add on the positive point that the two Doctors who have examined have declared this to be benign lesion (not cancerous).
I hope these are sufficient reasons for you not to worry about.

I also hope that this answer helps you to be free of worry, you may please ask further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication

Brief Answer:
Surgery is theonly option

Detailed Answer:
I think the only solution is to get it removed under local anesthesia.
Otherwise nothing else can be done. There are no medicines that work on such lumps.

I don't have to remove it though? It is not dangerous to keep?

Brief Answer:
Better to remove it if you are too anxious.

Detailed Answer:
If this is a benign tumor there is no danger to keep it.

But by removing such a lump, there are a few different benefits:
1 ) You get rid of the swelling which is not the part of the body.
2) You get a confirmed diagnosis- this is the only sure-shot way to know what it is.
3) Quietening of the mind and sole.

I hope this answers your both the queries as both are contradictory to each other.
