What Causes Tiny White Heads On Shaft Of Penis?
Question: Hi, wondering if I might have picked something up from unwashed towels at a massage parlor. About 10 days after I noticed what looked like two tiny whiteheads on the underside of my shaft. I went straightaway to the STD clinic and was told it was not any kind of STD. The next day they were gone. Two more appeared a few days later and just washed away with a little soap and water. Since then, a bit of itching on my face and scalp. The only thing that has appeared on my face resembles acne. As of now, there are no visual symptoms, just a bit of itching on my face and scalp and slight anxiety.

Thanks again for your help. I'm 99% sure that what I'm dealing with is simply guilt and anxiety so I'm going to make this my last follow up and be more detailed about my experience. Sorry if this is too much information, but I'm sure you're used to that kind of thing.
As I mentioned before I visited a massage parlor. There was some very brief sexual contact, but only from her hands. There were no signs of any kind of open sores on her hands. My anxiety over this experience stems from her covering my penis with lube and even though I asked her for "hands only" I saw her touch the side of my penis with the tip of her tongue. I never felt it, and I think her tongue only touched the lube that was coating my skin. If the tip of her tongue did touch my skin, it was very brief.
So, two weeks later I noticed what looked like two tiny whiteheads on the underside of my shaft. The were not raised or itchy. I visited an STD clinic that day and was told that they were not any type of STD. The next day they were gone. A few days later I noticed two more in the same area but they washed away immediately. That was about a week ago and, as of now, there are no symptoms. Since I started feeling some irritation on my scalp and beard since then I was wondering if what I saw on my shaft could have been Molluscum Contagiosum (yes, I've been spending way too much time reading on the internet).
Anyhow, that concludes my question. If you could please respond I will end this discussion and leave you a positive review.
