Question: I have tiny bumps around the gland of my penis that just will not go away! I've had them for about 2 years. They appear as penile papules but they came after I lost my virginity with unprotected sex

It appears to be pearly penile papules.it does not transmit as std and they are asymptomatic and harmless.
There is no need of any treatment unless for cosmetic reasons or relive anxiety.
If you want to confirm diagnosis you can go for biopsy and histopathological examination.
