1.It could be one of those incidental neurological abnormality happened due to the argument you had - This is seen in few individuals when they are so much worried / tensed but they should ease of soon.
2.I would recommend to get an appointment with your GP and get general checkup, make sure the vitals are normal. To be safe side.
3.Mean while be away from any argument and try to be calm.
4.As you asked stroke ? general symptoms:
SUDDEN numbness or weakness of face, arm or leg - especially on one side of the body.
SUDDEN confusion, trouble speaking or understanding.
SUDDEN trouble seeing in one or both eyes.
SUDDEN trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination.
SUDDEN severe headache with no known cause.
these are generalised most common symptoms.
