What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Mouth Post An Unprotected Intercourse?

Question: me and my now ex gf have been seeing each other for 3 months we became intimate before christmas but now im having tingling sensations down below and in my mouth. I've had some blood work done and no std's were present; no hiv,syphllis,gonnerreah,or herpes but what else could it be and what anti biotic if any can help me?

I think it is just a parasthesia and is not a cause for concern. I do not think that it is due to some STD. No need for interventions. Antibiotics would not help.
