Question: I am experiencing pain on my face, pins and needles. My eyebrows are falling out and my normally greasey skin is very dry. Got any ideas?

Pins and needles in extremities can be early manifestations of neuropathy. Neuropathy is common in Diabetics.So,Nerve conduction studies may help to rule out neuropathy.Its better if you get your fasting blood sugar and HbA1c get checked again.

Falling of eyebrows can be a manifestation of anxiety.
