What Causes Tingling Sensation In Hands And Fingers After Solu Medrol Injection?

Question: I received an injection of Solu Medrol this AM for urticaria I have had since Friday PM. Tonight, my hands and fingers are tingly. Is this normal? Do I need to go back in?
