Brief Answer:
Please upload your cervical xray,

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.

According to your symptoms it looks like there is compression of nerve in cervical [neck area] spine. This leads to tingling in your hand.

Please upload your cervical xray, I will be glad to interpret them and help you.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
X-ray findings are suggestive of cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam,

The symptoms and x-ray findings are suggestive of cervical spondolysis. Cervical spondolysis is due to the age-related degeneration ('wear & tear') of the vertebrae and discs in the neck region. This can cause compression of the nerves and hence pain and tingling in hand.

Usually the treatment goes in following lines: rest, lifestyle modifications (namely- avoiding pillow while sleeping, following a healthy diet plan, maintaining suitable posture while working on computer/driving, avoiding any activity that strikes neck discomfort), medications (that your physician prescribes) and most important physiotherapy ( in form of neck exercises, cervical traction if required along with local ultrasonics).

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Take care....

Warm regards.
