Brief Answer:
Need details of your complaint

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. You are having paresthesia in right hand. Before making conclusion, I need some details like

: Is there any neck pain, radiation to hand?

:Are there any factors which increase tingling like sleeping, lifting weight, Flexing neck?

: Any history of Diabetes, Alcohol, chronic drug intake, low vitamin B12?

: Is there any focal deficit or sensory loss in hand?

Kindly provide me answers of these questions, so that I can tell you best differential diagnosis for you. Because these symptoms can occur due to

: Cervical spondylosis

: Thoracic outlet syndrome

: Peripheral sensory neuropathy
due to alcohol, diabetes, B12 deficiency, various drugs etc.

: Syrinx

: Multiple sclerosis

Hope you will understand my point. Thanks. Take care.
If still in doubt, do let me know.
