Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed for final conclusions...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

If I was your caring doctor would ask to run further cardiac tests to rule out cardiac issues:
- ECG
- cardiac Echo
- stress test

So, it is important to get and appointment with your doctor or cardiologist for further evaluation and discuss if you need head Ct-scan.

Meanwhile, I suggest to monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar levels, record the results and pass them to your doctor as reference.

If everything is ok with your heart and blood pressure, hormonal balance is advised together with measuring the lipids levels.

Hope it was of help! Let me know if I can assist you further!
