Brief Answer:
Please tell some extra details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

As I can understand your problem, you are probably talking out the tingling/numbness which starts in our extremities when we remain sitting in one posture for sometime and it usually improves, a couple of minutes after we change our posture. If this is what you mean to say,it results from the transient compression of nerves supplying that area and it is a normal physiological phenomenon.

If this is not what you meant by,then please tell the following details-
1)Once the tingling starts, how long does it stay for?
2)Any other disease or medical history?

Please follow up with details so that I can answer this well further.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
