Brief Answer:
cellulitis and urinary infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Yes , you are on the right treatment. Don't worry.
Your boy has cellulitis ie. infection of the skin at the tip of the penis also called as balanoposthitis.
This is seen commonly and is due to bacterial infection. This would have led to the urinary infection. The antibiotics prescribed ( ofloxacin ) is appropriate as the report shows that the bacteria is sensitive to this antibiotic.
Usually 5 days of treatment is minimum required to clear the infection
Repeat urine examination after 5 days to see if the infevtion is cleared.
Local cleaningis very important and had to be done daily.
Apply the ointment as advised
Regards
Dr Arun
