What Causes Symptoms Of Stroke Despite Having Normal CT And MRI Scan?

Question: I have had stroke i am sure of that but as i lay n my hospital bed with my left side immobile no mri or ct scan can detect this I need answers every symptom points to a stroke but besides the fact that i have all the symptoms they will not make the diagnosis
