Brief Answer:
This soreness is a part of the infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have infection in the throat which lead to local lymph node to swell.

This soreness will persist for sometime.

Completion of the course of antibiotics will help to come over this soreness.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
It will subside soon

Hi Sir,

Once antibiotic therapy is initiated, secondary changes occur destroying the infectious organisms.

This will result in little tenderness.

It will subside ,do not worry.

Thank you.

Thank you! Hopefully the antibiotics get rid of the bumps completely this time. Last time it shrunk them and they never went fully down. Thank you again!
