Question: While eating pizza I noticed my inside cheek starting to swell and on one part looks like I bit it but didn't.. I did scorch the roof of my mouth.. Should I be worried??? It happened instantly..

Such kind of oral lesion after hot and spicy food (pizza) is common with vitamin b complex deficiency.
So better to avoid very hot and spicy pizza. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Start multivitamin tablets containing folic acid, vitamin b 12, riboflavin, pyridoxine and zinc.
Don't worry, this is not serious thing.
You will mostly improve with all these.
