What Causes Swelling In The Shoulder Along With Severe Back Pain?
Question: Dear sir,
I have got some kind ache on my back side and near to shoulder which result in swelling (like mosquito bites impression) & skin change color to red one.
This will be temporary, may be for 2-3 hours then everything is normal.
Kindly verified the current medicine which I am taking. After completion of medicine effect symptoms will be seen on my body.
Please note that I do not have any kind of ill or allergy. This will be seen before 2-3 months.

Refer my answer in following manners.
1. How long since you have this problem of hives?
A. From last 2-3 months.

A. While on treatment hives will not appear on my body. Doctor informed me that to complete course but I am taking medicine only when hives appears due to steroid content in one of medicine. By taking medicine within 2-3 hrs hives will be disappeared from my body. Kindly guide me to continue medicine to complete corse?
Also doctor inform me to avoid sore food like, curd ,buttermilk, tomatoes etc. meanwhile also felt light swelling on figures and lips.

I suggest you to complete the course of treatment as advised by your doctor. Take treatment regularly rather than on as required basis. Though Oral steroids are not a definitive treatment of urticaria they can be taken for a short duration of time e.g 2-3 weeks. Sometimes urticaria can last for months or years and relapses on stopping treatment whereby you may require to take an oral antihistamine once daily as suppressive therapy
