Question: yes I had a bypass done on my left leg about a year ago but I cant keep the swollen down I get it down and it keeps coming back what can I do

Your symptoms seem to be related to chronic venous insufficiency.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing a Doppler ultrasound of the leg vessels, in order to examine them.

Wearing a compression sock may be helpful!

Surgery may be needed again, especially if the swelling is associated to pain in this leg.
