Brief Answer:
Seems to be osteoporotic pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.

I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.

Considering your age and long standing history of diabetes, all the symptoms that you have mentioned seem more or less related to the weakened bones.

Low calcium and vitamin D levels causes the bones to be osteoporotic.

The load bearing bones and joints like ankles, knees and spine are under tremendous stress and pressure due to the weight bearing axis of our body.

The swelling in knee and ankle bump is due to synovial effusion.

Weather changes and working stress can cause every joint of yours to hurt.

By this age,you may have got lumbar spondylitis causing back pain.

Aleve (naproxen ) and tylenol will not help as the pain gradient is more.

You can take tramadol, piroxicam or etodolac tablets.
These medicines,in addition to being potent analgesics, are also considered safe.Hence you can continue taking these for longer periods of time without major side effects.

Using compression bandages around painful joints will help.

A lumbosacral belt can offer good support to the back.

Application of analgesic sprays / creams will have soothing effect.

I hope this answer was useful.

I will be happy to help if you have any doubts about this answer.

Thank you.

Kind regards.
