from the picture it looks ok and may probably be due to some trauma or allergic reaction. please don't worry

however if it continues to grow/becomes ulcerated/you develop fever or multiple swellings in the genitalia or groin or if you have burning sensation while passing urine. then I would strongly recommend that you meet your doctor.

for the time being you can just apply a soothing lotion like calamine on it
