Question: this is really swollen. it feels weird. I peed earlier but it stopped flowing after about 5 sec. I'm nervous

Hi.

Thanks for the pictures.
This is just an edema, but the phimosis is also evident.
Can you get (pull) back the foreskin over the glans ?
Try to retract the foreskin to see whether there is an injury, clean the area with liquid Povidone Iodine.

The urination might have stopped due to the pain or edema at the tip or the in the urethra.

I would advise you to see the Urologist / General Surgeon or see the Doctor at the Emergency Room to get examined and prescribe you the medicines.

First of all stop worrying, relax. Do not be nervous. This will get OK very soon.
