What Causes Swelling And Tenderness In The Feet?

default
Posted on Sat, 2 Jul 2016
Question: my 26 year old son is in Panama. Both his feet are swollen, red, tender to the touch and numb and tingle.

He got a Zpak - do you think he should go to a clinic? Any ideas on what it can be?

Brief Answer:
Can you upload image for review!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this swollen and tender legs. An image would be most helpful in making a detailed and well thought diagnosis. If you van provide one, please, kindly do so. However, the information suggests that he has an infection probably cellulitis. Z-pack is good enough to address this and as such I will say he should wait and see what the progress is in the next 48hours before making further adjustments. Keep me posted for more insights and guidance!

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
