Brief Answer:
Possibly contact dermatitis, pictures requested

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions on face.
Melalite forte contains triple combination of steroid, hydroquinone and tretinoin. Its usage is not for increasing fairness and is indicated in tough of hyperpigmentation like melasma and that too only on dermatologist's advise. The strong formulation often leads to contact dermatitis on face.
I think similar case has happened to you but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.
You can mail pictures to YYYY@YYYY

Meanwhile apply a good moisturiser like Cetaphil DAM over face gently without rubbing.

Thanks
