    What causes sudden onset of headaches and uncontrollable shaking?

Question: I was smoking one night and ended up coughing really hard that I felt a pop in my head and since then I get uncontrollable shakiness, I've had severe migraines since then I've never had migraines before this incident happened. I don't know if I should seek medical attention for it or what to do.

Sudden onset severe consistent headache, needs to be evaluated for possibility of stroke or subarachnoid hemorrhage.
Examination by a physician or neurologist is advisable on an emergency basis.
Visit to nearest ER.
CT head may be required.
