Brief Answer:
Danazol and skeletal muscle relaxant tablet will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Sudden intermittent pain in the left Breast could be due to hormonal factors. I prescribe Danazol tablet
100mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
Regarding Neck pain,I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily for 5 days.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
If possible, get an Ultrasound of the Breast or Mammography and rule out any lesion inside.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
