Brief Answer:
These are signs of anxiety and hyperactive state

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of anxiety disorder/ hyperactive state of mind. Usually such people especially females are either nervous about something or they are thinking faster than the activity being done.

Sometimes, it is also a residual habit from childhood. However, if there is history of restarting the habit, I would think of anxiety or hyperactive mind. Of course talking to the person can differentiate the two.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
