You are having cervical spondylitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for replying. So it explains every thing. Diabetes causing nerve damage and then sitting for long time in same position causing muscle fatigue. So I have following suggestions for you.
1.Avoid sitting for long time in same position. Keep changing it and doing neck muscle strengthening exercises. You can learn those exercises from physiotherapist.
2.Avoid using very big pillow. Use a thin pillow. Wearing neck collar is also useful.
3.Take Pregabalin M at night time. Also take muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myosapz tablet.
4.intermittent cervical traction exercises.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
thanks
