What Causes Strange Marks Under Foreskin Of Penis After Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: I had unprotected oral sex from a girl who had juat consumed a very sugary alchoholic drink. I have since developed strange marks under my foreskin. Just under the corona. Was swabbed for hsv, and came back negative, while waiting for results, was given valtrex, 4 pills a day for a week, which did absolutely nothing. Marks seem to go away. But return when i masterbate. Before blowjob, was masterbating up to 5 times a day with no lube for about a month. Marks have been there for about 3 weeka now, and i have no idea what they are, as they dont burn, itch, have any sort of fluid, and only become raw when i masterbate. No change inhow my penis feels at all

3. There is increased blood flow in the superficial veins of the penis during masturbation and this is why the area becomes raw when you masturbate.

4. You should masturbate only once daily and not more than 3 to 3 times in a week. Please use lubrication jelly during sex and masturbation to reduce friction and prevent appearance of these marks.

5. Your HSV is negative and you do not have any rashes on your penis. Therefore this does not look like a sexually transmitted disease.

is there anything i can put on it,under my foreskin to speed up the healing time? and based on how it looks, you beleive that it is due to friction, and not any std? i didnt masterbate for a week, and it looked like the 2 pictures. but after masterbating once, it was red like in the 3rd picture. they seem to be right around veins, so maybe swelling veins made friction sores easier to get? thank you for your reply
