Brief Answer:
need to see a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for the question.
The initial stomach pain did sound like food poisoning but that should be getting better by now not worsening. The urge to urinate indicates that you may have a urinary tract infection. The only way to know is to see a doctor and have your urine tested. It could be something else to do with your testicle or prostate. It is important that you see a doctor as soon as possible for exam and urinalysis. That is the only way for you to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
I hope you are better soon,
Dr. Robinson
