I would like to know some more information here to help me distinguish whether its infective or just toxic response.
So please reply to my following questions.
1. Since when you started having loose stools?
2. Is there fever alongwith?
3. Is the stools very foul smelling?
4. How many times have you had to go to toliet?
I will get a better idea about the problem so I can answer them well.

No there is no fever. But pain in stomach. I have been to toilet 2 times in last 1 hour. Stool does not have very bad smell but yes it has some. It started today afternoon.

Hello,
Thanks for following up with me.
It looks like it could be viral and doesn't look like infective gastroenteritis.
I would suggest you to take lots of fluids and no need to take any antibiotics as it will its time and go away.
If you feel very dehydrated or very tired it will be better to consult a doctor for IV fluids as taking lots of orally fluids might result in nausea.
Observe for 1 more day. If you get any fever then you might need to start antibiotics like metronidazole 400mg thrice a day for 5 days.
Let me know by tomorrow how you feel and we will see what can be done further.
For now take lots of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated.
