Brief Answer:
Exclude nerve compression , do x Ray and mri scan. See neurologist

Detailed Answer:
hi and thanks for the query

the symptoms you are describing are classical for nerve compression . it might be important to note that the nerves supplying the upper limbs originate from the spinal region at the level of the neck. with a problem at this level and bases on which specific nerve rootis compressed , symptoms can be felt from the neck should to the hands and fingers. these could be in form of weakness or sensation issues and at times pain.

I suggest x rays and mri scans of the neck. you might really have to see a neurologist for a proper clinical review and treatment .

thanks and kind regards as I wish the best of health.
